 The tales of food and enlightenment 


There was a time when I was a non-vegetarian and had no knowledge of what I was doing to my life. I was a good person back then with issues like heavy dependence on psychedelics to keep myself interested and entertained in living this life. 


I had a few trips on mushrooms as well and even then, never a thought came in my life that I should think about food as a very important thing in living my life. I just kept living my life like everyone else did with a psychedelic adventure here and there. 


But now I know that food is important and we all have choices of the food we can eat and some foods should just be avoided. 


I assure you that vegetarian food is way more healthy and better than non-vegetarian food. 


All vegetarian food consists of carbon, nitrogen, potassium, calcium etc and all elements which they give you in medicines to cure since some people don’t even eat right.


Also, the nature will love you if you eat less and more leafy food. Make sure you are not hungry because fasting is also a crime since it depletes energy faster than you can imagine.


Our body is made of insects that are called cells and they are microscopic, hard enough to see but they indeed love food that is non animalistic but real food that drops from trees and plants. 


The lessons from life I have learned is that insects hate bodies who eat meat and live those who are on vegetarian diet and it also plays on karmic web. 


So, keep yourself light and fulfilled with light vegetarian food and fruits and avoid vegetarian food like excessive onions, garlic or red chillies which can be really harmful if taken without moderation. 


So, beware of insects or cells inside of you since  they will give you problems if you eat something that is non human and consider you just like other common animals and you know they don’t live much. Xoxox❤️Emoji
